Very Impressive

I couldn't recommend the Petty Son & Prestwich team more highly! Having decided to sell our flat in Aldersbrook we chose to seek a valuation from Petty, amongst others. The overriding factor that lead us to opt for them was the fact that not only did the valuation seem fair and informed, the advice and strategy proposed by Fay gave us confidence and was over and above anything we had seen from other agents, whose tactics appeared to be throwing high, unrealistic valuations at the seller in a hope to win the business. During a tough post brexit housing market the Petty team kept us informed and calm throughout the process. Once offers were accepted, Elaine and Fay worked tirelessly to help us complete what was a pretty eventful sale professionally and within our targeted time-frame. Impressive!!!
