Unhelpful staff. I would use other agents.

Dreadful communication , no returned calls inaccurate information and some staff that have limited knowledge of the sales process along with ineffective sales chasing causing delay and anxiety.Rose is keen and helpful.

My tenant received a letter stating I had sold my flat and if he needed a new home to call Petermans. I do not know this agent. I have no thought of selling. A shocking buisness practice. A low life agent.

Called up as a prospective buyer looking to buy urgently in the Herne Hill area. Incredibly rude salesman, seemed deeply inconvenienced by the call and perturbed that he had to answer basic questions about prospective property. Will avoid any further properties they have on the market from this experience.

They don't even bother to answer the call or return call .keep call from 1 week .after 1 week somebody picked up and wasn't intersted in viewing and promised to call back but still waiting.

Poor communication amongst the staff. Waste of time.

Avoid the letting agent called Raymond at all costs. He misled me on numerous occasions from telling me there was BT internet when there wasn't, to trying to pass off another properties EPC rating as the belonging to the apartment I was going to rent. He sent me "an exact copy of the contract you will have to sign" but with double the fees we had agreed to, include in it. No apology was given and eventually after complaining about him he offered to return the full holding deposit so I would go away.
