Natalie has been an amazing agent from the beginning. She didn’t call too much or too little but just exactly when was needed, as opposed to other agents I’ve experienced in the past. She has been extremely helpful and I am happy to pay agency fees when a service like this is provided. Not only did she complete the standard tasks you would expect from agents, but also she went out of her way to help us liaising with the old tenant regarding the wifi and some furniture issues. She was a wonderful agent and intermediary between us and the previous tenant. She was very active and kind in everything and replied to every single email right away. Thanks Natalie!!
