My partner and I have just completed a contract re-assignment on a new-build and Madley Property are the agency we used. Initially, it was a different company I was due to view the property with, but Lloyd at Madley contacted me and explained that he's very familiar with the building we were interested in, so I decided to view it with Lloyd instead. We’re first time buyers and very unsure of the contract re-assignment process, Lloyd answered all of our questions and showed a real willingness to show us the area and the specifics of the new-build. We felt he spoke very candidly and honestly about everything which built up a level of trust, we eventually made an offer which was accepted. Lloyd’s manager Matt then became our main contact going forward and he has been great in keeping us updated and acting as the link between all of the parties involved. At one point we had a few concerns with an aspect of the new-build and Matt took it upon himself to find out the answer and allay our concerns in a quick and professional way. Overall, we’ve received excellent service from Lloyd and Matt at Madley and would be happy to recommend the company to friends and family.

Natalie was able to understand what my colleague and I wanted from the start of our property search. She was able to recommend another property after the original one we wanted had already been let. Which turned out to be the one! She made the process so easy and checked in with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed when the process was passed onto another agent.

I had been looking for a property in London for a few weeks and had seen many properties and estate agents. It really stressed me out as not only were the properties awful and not to my expectations (descriptions were different than in real life or the photos didn't belong to the property).
