Lloyd was brilliant throughout the process of selling our property. His communication was great and he was super proactive during the final stages as we pushed through to exchange of contracts, which was hugely appreciated.

Earlier this year I sold a property as a POA on behalf of a third party. I had been using the same agents for approx. 18 years and found them wanting when I required some positive action. When we were in our search for a new home we contacted a lot of real estate agencies. Natalie from Madley was the only agent who communicated open, quick and was very flexibel in showing houses. She was involved since the first contactmoment. Eaven when she was sick she took the time to show us the apartment. Because I couldn't visite the appartement, but my partner did, she sended me the pictures and movies from the appartement before the showing. If we are ever in the market for a new apartment, we will contact Natalie.
