The only purpose of this email is to express my gratitude of liaising with you the last couple of months. Not only you could understand our needs as potential clients and tenants but also in times of pressure you presented how professional you are, articulate and well spoken. Your character is very charming and I am really hoping that we will do business together even we need to buy a house.

Best property company I've rented through. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems, however minor, are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Despite the fact the property is managed by Houseman Properties for the landlord, I always feel that they are looking after me too and I'm never 'just the tenant'. Although the property isn't my house, it is very much my home and my opinion is always kindly taken into consideration if any work needs doing here. Too many horror stories around about renting, but absolutely not the situation here. Great agent, obliging landlord and I'm a very happy tenant!
