Highly recommend Lloyd

We purchased a property through Madley and Lloyd was the main reason our purchase was successful. He was very communicative from the start and able to solve all the issues we encountered mid purchase. We are grateful we found him. We had previously dealt with another agency which was not as honest as Lloyd and it made a huge difference. He answered all our questions and doubts and was able to chase all the different parties to ensure the purchase happened on time (which was earlier than expected) .
