Sam our agent was really helpful at showing us all the properties and understood really quickly the kind of house we were after. the process since signing the contract has also been so easy and everyone at London Shared has been great.

I rented through London Shared for a year and would highly recommend staying there. The room and house were both very modern, bright and excellently maintained. Obviously the fact that the bills were included is a big bonus and wemade renting a lot easier. All of the staff I encountered were excellent, in particular Geovana who was always very responsive and very helpful and proactive in addressing any concerns we had. London Shared is the best property management company in London. I lived in their property for more than 6 months (moved out for personal reasons), and they were always so responsive whenever we had any issues. They would resolve any issues in very professional and quick manner. And most importantly, after renting with London shared, I found its very hard to find the rooms of the same quality. The rooms can be priced slightly higher, but you get what you pay. I enjoyed sharing the house with young professionals, cooking dinner together in our open plan kitchen, having movie nights in our comfy lounge area and having summer drinks in our outside garden area. Overall great experience. and I highly recommend London Shared if you are after high quality rooms that are professionally managed.

Just started renting a room with London Shared and Tom Hewitt has been the most helpful and lovely agent to deal with. Any questions I have he always got back to me straight away and helped me choose when I couldn’t decide which room I liked more there all that nice, very helpful! The room I picked itself is gorgeous, spacious and very modern. The process of renting a room is really easy and fast as it’s electronic which means you can read the contract in your own time.
