I have been using London Shared from 2014 to 2018 (I left because I moved to other country). The best service I have used to rent a room so far. Their staff is very helpful, no hidden commissions, all included, very professionals. Special mention to Samuel Ing, always there to solve any question/problem I had, very fast response and professional guy. If you are looking for a room, don't hesitate, check them out!!

I would recommend London Shared. The properties are above and beyond regular house share standards, in great locations. Their letting agents are friendly and helpful during the contract process. Our property coordinator Esther is amazing at responding quickly and finding a solution, as well as communicating with everyone. Maintenance could be more proactive - decorating, deep cleaning, replacing items, but all in all, the houses are lovely and I've met some great people!

Leaving University to find my first house share couldn't have been easier, Sam from London Shared showed me round several places in one day that fitted the criteria I was looking for and the process was very straight forward once I found the best place! I would highly recommend London Shared. Saba my house-manager in particular, made the process of moving in and dealing with the admin an absolute pleasure. The house and room were both of excellent quality for the price, and the selection of properties on offer is very impressive.

Sam handled my case in the best possible way. He was patient and understanding but aware of the requirements and deadlines and so it was all managed smoothly with no stress for me. I was able to book a place an entire month and a half before the start of the tenancy which left me time to go on holidays without having to worry whether I'd have a place to stay for the start of my new job in London. Life savers! Was literally on my knees at the end of my property search but london shared sorted me the best place ever and it was so easy! Sam was super honest and helpful, easy to contact and didn’t waste my time like most agents I’d come across. The way the company work is so great because it takes all of the bitty stuff out of the equation and all you have to do is pay the rent.
