10/10! Could not recommend London Shared enough! Ema our estate agent who showed us around was incredible and made me feel so welcome; she was so professional and answered any queries we had amazingly, the company are really lucky to have her. The process is so easy and for anyone struggling to find a property in London at the moment, I highly recommend going through London Shared!

Great and friendly service! Patrick was really helpful and understanding in this chaotic times, he was really responsive and solution-oriented through the renting process. Update (21.04.2021): They arranged me a beautiful room for my short stay with them and I had a great time with the house and other the people staying there. London Shared was always (not just in the day time or week days) really professional and responsive. Also in my experience they were respectful towards my privacy and personal space which you won't mostly find in a shared household. Lize (the manager of the specific building I was staying) was a real hero and she was one of the friendliest and solution oriented people that I ever know. Thanks guys for being a decent and transparent organisation! Update 2 (21.12.2022): I had to reach out to them regarding an issue about bills for my late tenancy. Again they were really helpful and responsive even after two years, especially Gareth was really on top of the situation since the first phone call he kindly took after their working hours and help me move forward to resolve my problem. I will definitely ask for their help if I need a room again in London.

Used London Shared for my first location moving to London. Had a great experience, the house/room was as described. It was well maintained by London Shared and we were looked after by a great property manager Jan. He was excellent. 5* service from Jan an the team.
