I was extremely impressed with how they handled both sides of the sale process. Their approach is a little different to other agents (in a good way), but the key strengths for me were the way they work as a team - everybody is co-ordinated and well organised - and the integrity and personal approach adopted by the agents. I worked with Anna Takkou and Hannah Scott and they were exceptional. On the sale side, they managed the whole transaction process with great efficiency and helped to facilitate the sale of my apartment at a very significant premium to asking price.
