Hannah marketed the property and was fantastic throughout - she was responsive, alway available and did a great job in selling the selling the flat. She was also incredibly friendly and a joy to work with. What is fantastic about Location Location is that they have dedicated project managers to run the process once an offer has been accepted - and Lauretta was just incredible. It wasn't a straightforward sale (fire certificates needed, complicated lease structures) and it took a long time, but Lauretta was unfailingly supportive - a reassuringly calm presence in an emotive process. She was also fantastic at chasing everyone involved to get updates and to make things happen. And again, an incredibly friendly, lovely person to work with.

They’re responsive and helpful, but never pushy, and were very patient while I was making up my mind about what to do with the property.
