Maya Hudson was amazing, her energy is great and the way she deals with any little thing is absolutely fantastic. I realise that the whole thing is about building a relationship on trust and she was the one who made realise that. I'm hoping to work with them in the future as well. Location Location have been outstanding in the service they have provided, in helping me to rent my flat. The whole team lhas been super responsive, and supportive. They all have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and do ! Anna did the initial viewing and was so helpful in explaining the process, answering questions suggesting contractors ( which have all provided great service) and organising the photo shoot. Maya organised finding perspective tenants and viewings and has been so positive, thoughtful and immediate in responding to any issues and … and great in helping me choose tenants. Anjali has been extremely efficient with organising all the required checks and has been a great source of advice. They have all shown great professionalism and genuine care. I would highly recommend Location Location … they were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone renting their home.

It was a absolute pleasure working with location location from the very first viewing right up until the sale was complete. Just completed the sale of our Stoke Newington flat with Location Location... they were excellent from start to finish. Peter was superb at evaluating the flat, advising us on preparing it and organising the viewings. We had a lot of interest and five immediate offers. I would like to give credit where it's due to Lauretta Caulfield, who helped me through an extremely difficult purchase. What sets her apart from other estate agents I have experienced is her honesty, patience and professionalism. Through no fault of any party in particular the purchase just dragged on for months, but Lauretta pretty much held everyone's hands through this really difficult process. She's always made herself available when the going gets tough and at no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions I am not comfortable with. A much needed voice of reason amid the chaos.

Great team at Location Location and having used them before did not hesitate to contact them again. Adam pretty much managed everything from first contact including getting a number of repairs done and some long overdue decorating. These were completed to a high standard. The house was snapped up almost immediately and paperwork has been hassle free.

Pantelis and Lorretta were great, they did a fantastic job of chasing when needed and and great communication whilst I was waiting to purchase my flat! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, whether you are buying or selling, if estate agents usually get a bad rep these guys will change your mind - I trusted Pantelis to also have my interests in mind despite i was the one purchasing the flat that they were selling - and they are all lovely in the office. In all my dealings with Location Location I have been impressed. I've dealt with Adam and David in Lettings and they've both been beyond helpful and have always been very quick to respond back to me with any queries. Both times I've had to let my flat, they have found quality tenants very quickly and the process has been extremely well organised and professional. I would highly recommend.
