This relationship was extra important because we were based overseas and handling the sale remotely. He found us a buyer before we even placed house on the market. I have worked with LocationLocation twice in the last six months (on the proposed purchase of a new house and the sale of my existing apartment, both in Stoke Newington). I was extremely impressed with how they handled both sides of the sale process. Their approach is a little different to other agents (in a good way), but the key strengths for me were the way they work as a team - everybody is co-ordinated and well organised - and the integrity and personal approach adopted by the agents. I worked with Anna Takkou and Hannah Scott and they were exceptional. On the sale side, they managed the whole transaction process with great efficiency and helped to facilitate the sale of my apartment at a very significant premium to asking price. What a positive letting experience! David and Anjali were responsive and professional. They were also very friendly, which is not always typical of the letting experience. I am delighted to have moved in within seven working days of making an offer to let. Location Location has good processes (viewing, offer, referencing, right-to-rent check, a thorough professional clean, keys handover) and even arranged a welcome box of treats on my arrival. Whilst my experience is as a new tenant/with the lettings team, I would think this professionalism crosses over to Location Location's sales team too. Very chuffed with my new home, thanks!
