Tim was very helpful in our property search; I was really floored by how attentive and thoughtful he was. Dealing with multiple agencies during a property search can be overwhelming, but LL brought a level of professionalism and care that stood out. They were always communicative without being pushy, and they went out of their way to accommodate our schedule, arranging viewings at times that worked for us—even outside typical hours. While we didn’t end up buying through LL, the experience of working with Tim and the team was excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone navigating the property market.

As a first time seller, the thought of selling (procedurally)was very daunting. I contacted Location Location and i met up with Anna at the property. From the first meet i had a huge sense of relief, the professionalism shown and the reassurance offered was enough for me to allow the Location Location team handle the sale. Anna was spectacular throughout. The promotional video by Anna, the followup calls and their efficient use of technology meant i was kept in the loop every step of the way. Needless to say after a few weeks on the market we accepted an offer above asking price. Anna still kept in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. At this point Lauretta stepped in as our Sales liaison and wow! As a first time seller i had no idea what the process involved, but Lauretta guided us every step of the way. She liased between solicitors and kept me informed every step of the way until completion. I genuinely cannot praise the team at Location Location enough, and cannot wait to use your services again in the near future.

I’ve known Peter May for ten years now, ever since he first came to look at my property when I was considering selling it. At the time, I decided to rent the property out instead. Last year, I tried selling it through a different agency with lower commission rates, but the sale fell through, largely due to their apathetic approach and poor communication. Peter, however, has always been trustworthy, dependable, clear in communication, and completely on point throughout the entire process. I trusted his judgment and appreciated his diligent and rapid updates. His negotiation skills were invaluable—not just chasing the highest figure, but securing the best buyer at the best price. Many nice properties. Tim was helping us out with the searches, and he was always very helpful and proactive. At the end we didn't find one through them but highly recommended local agency!

Tim and the team were incredibly helpful in my search for a new home. They would often send us updates of homes coming to market that might suit us, but I felt these were tailored to our searches and never felt overwhelmed by unsuitable options as many other agents tend to do. I’m so glad that I was able to find a property through location location. They always seem to have the loveliest properties on their books and I knew how efficient they are as we have rented through them for a long time now. Osh did everything he could to support me through the whole process. He was professional, helpful, kind and friendly. He really rooted for me and I felt like without him it would have been a much more difficult process. He was amazing! And is still helping me with aftercare which is great. During the process of getting to exchange and completion Lauretta was amazing. She was so incredibly efficient and really wanted to help me and make sure it all went smoothly.
