I’ve had a really wonderful experience working with a particular estate agent at Location Location - Tim Kearney. Tim is not only super responsive and organised, but he takes care of every detail upfront. It’s like he anticipates what you need before you do and has everything ready to go. He follows up on things right away and makes the whole process so much smoother. Plus, he’s just a genuinely friendly and helpful person — I wish all agents were like Tim! I had an excellent service from Tim whilst searching to buy in Stoke Newington. Extremely responsive to emails/messages. He worked tirelessly day and night to help find me a suitable property, and even did a viewing on his day off! What a champ. If you’re thinking of selling I’d strongly recommend you go with Location Location and ask for Tim.

Stongly recomend. We sold our flat through them. We had lots of issues with cladding and a slow management company. Location Location, particularly Lauretta, were extremely proactive in chasing and managed to get the sale through. Thank you Lauretta!

Due to Location Location’s popularity online and around Stoke Newington they definitely were the Agents on top of my list following watching videos of Anna, Ella & Peter over the years for my search for property. Lauretta was appointed to my purchase when Pantelis left and I must say she is most definitely a woman who gets the job done. Direct and Friendly she is very approachable even with after sales. Tim has been absolutely phenomenal during our house hunt, always on hand to answer questions and easily adapting to our (ever changing) parameters without complaint! We’ve really enjoyed working with him and would recommend his services.
