Location Location - Stoke Newington

Lauretta (in particular) and Tim were very helpful and patient during a difficult and stressful period. Thank you both.

Found a great 3 Bedroom house with Location Location. The agency has been responsive in managing the property issues. They have a dedicated staff to help tenants. I recommend this agency.

Me and my boyfriend rent a property from Location Location and at first weren't very happy and had doubts about how the agent, who was looking after us, was dealing with our enquiries and requests. Fortunately a couple of moths ago Will joined the agency and I have to say things really changed. He's prompt in his replay, works efficiently and quickly finds solution to our issues. I believe his experience is indeed contributing to the prestige of the agency.

I sold my property with Vicky and Peter after seeing 5 estate agents locally. I had a gut feeling that they would work really hard for me when we first met and I was impressed by their sales strategy. They went on to exceed my expectations and help me achieve a great result for my first property and even supported me with my search in Hastings! Thank you so much for making this process a lot easier than I thought it would be - you have all been a pleasure to work with. I will recommend you to all of my friends, everyone should know about you! Carol

Bought a property through Location Location. It has been a long process due to an environment search report highlighting that there is high flooding risk. Peter May in Location Location was very helpful in solving matters effectively and every single query and point of issue subsequently has been addressed extremely quickly, with an exceptional amount of professionalism and all of the individuals that I have dealt with at Location Location have gone that extra mile to ensure that we are receiving the best service possible. The liaison with the vendors have been handled very well, all parties were pleased with the results despite a long wait.

Nice people but very slow on the uptake...so effective timewasters

I felt massively let down not being informed of the 'No sealed or best and final bids' policy I was told the company has when negotiating a rental agreement. I was only given the opportunity to offer once. My bid was my only bid and therefore my sealed best and final. Very disappointing.
