Location Location - Stoke Newington

JLL Greenwich managed our renal flat and also handled the sale of it. From the property management side, Keely was quite efficient compared to the last management company we used. She was responsive and took care of things. But she it did usually take her a few days to return emails. I assume there were just too many properties to handle. As for the sale side, Michael and Sam were quick to take action to find alternate buyer when the first buyer fell through. I wish they could have recognized sooner the first buyer was stalling. Also, I wish the transition of the renter into the buyer could have been done more seamlessly so that there had been no loss of rental income. The renter could have stayed renting while buying the flat. A few loss opportunities but the overall process was satisfactory.

Dovile and Bruna were very helpful with helping us go through referencing and setting up the moving in process for our flat. Thank you :)

Have bought through Location Location and recently let out my flat through them also. When another agent was unable to sell my property they stepped up and got the job done.

Anna's expertise in understanding the sales market is second to none! I am so grateful to her for all her hard work and to the rest of the team at Location Location for finding me the right buyer and handling this successful sale. Thank you!

Lovely in person service and supportive follow up on contacting the seller and their solicitors for a number of queries. Some confusion with keys at the end of the process and during some negotiations but all in all Drew and Lauretta were helpful and we’re happy to be in our new home.

Kristina was very lovely to work with and the overall experience very positive
