Location Location were great from start to finish. They listened to us and worked through the initial pricing expectations. And despite the interest being low initially, they persisted in getting us a buyer. After a few months the buyer pulled out (their personal situation had changed) - but Location Location were there, and quickly got us back onto the market, and a new buyer. A big shout out to Peter, Pantelis, Drew and Emily. We have now since moved, largely thanks to Lauretta (Sales Progression). If it wasn't for Lauretta's persistence, professionalism and expertise I honestly doubt we would have got through it, due to difficult solicitors. Thank you very much for everything. I'd certainly recommend Location Location. Just look after Lauretta for us :-)

Had a great experience being shown around the property with Emily. She was thorough and well prepared. Also with great communication throughout the process. Pantelis was a great help with the initial process too. Finally, Lauretta really sped along the actual sale and kept us in the loop with all the changes. Very happy with everyone overall.

I’m quite a resilient person but buying a flat was an awfully stressful experience. It took me three years and endless heartache. Pantelis was hands down the best agent I’ve ever met! Lovely, responsive, genuinely helpful. Regrettably I didn’t end up buying with Location Location (had an awful experience with Chestertons instead..) but as soon as I’m ready to sell and move again, I will call no one else but Pantelis and his team at Location Location.

We worked with the Location, Location team on our sale, which for external factors and some bad luck turned out not to be straight forward. However, the team, led especially by Anna and Pantelis, supported us along the way with great communication, creativity, practical advice and with great energy. From the moment we met Anna we knew we'd be in good hands. She explained the market nuances clearly and tailored the marketing strategy accordingly. Once we were 'on' we got to witness the power of the Location team. Pantelis together with Anna formed the dream team, working with us hand-in-glove to keep us updated, on track and manage any potential bumps in the road. And despite the stresses of the process, we all managed to laugh and have some fun along the way, too. Anna and Pantelis guided us through the whole process in a calming and reassuring way and did the same with our buyer. Lauretta made sure that we and our solicitors had the most updated information and that everything that needed to be addressed was done so promptly.
