If you ever want/need to sell your property you will be in good hands at Location Location. The sales team (Ella and Peter) was very knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole sale process of our flat. We were a bit in a hurry having to put our flat on the market as we were buying another property out of London and the sales team has been very proactive, giving honest advice and making sure we would receive the right offer from the right people very quickly. Within the 1st week our property went on the market we received 3 offers and accepted one the same week. We then got handled over to Lauretta Caufield in Sales Progression who we couldn’t recommend highly enough. Lauretta has been compassionate, persistent, ensuring that all parties in the chain were aligned and well informed of all urgencies. She will always pick up the phone and chase proactively all other counterparts (agencies, buyers, solicitors, etc) to ensure we meet our agreed timeline. During the process our exchange date kept being postponed several times, which would lead us to reorganise childcare, logistics, etc. This has been very stressful but Lauretta was very continuously supportive and caring from the beginning till we managed to exchange.
