Good reason Location Location are award winning... Having to sell my mum's flat after her passing away last year was emotional. I'd also never been involved in selling a property before, and lived 100s of miles away from the property. Going into this process, I was quite nervous - adding to this was the reputation I've heard about estate agents - I didn't want to be taken advantage of.
