Fantastic service and very helpful agency that go above and beyond in a market where that's tough to find, and for a very reasonable fee. Kristina, Jazz and Adam are extremely competent and professional estate agents and I'd highly recommend them to tenants and landlords alike.
Ois and the Location Location team always went above and beyond when looking round places over the last few months. Ois in particular always gave great, fair advice and understood what I wanted in a property (without making me feel odd for all the weird search criteria I had). One to be trusted. Cheers guys!
Great agents, really know the market - quite obviously have the best and majority of the stock too. We worked with Tim who was great - fun to do viewings with and really knowledgeable
Really helpful throughout the buying process. Lauretta was great at communicating during the sale process and following up with the other party as needed to ensure the process moved as quickly as possible.
Lauretta and the team were absolutely amazing. We were really pushed for time getting the sale through before the change in stamp duty, but Lauretta made it happen. We faced lots of bumps due to hackney council and the banks, but we got there in the end! Would 10/10 recommend.
Ella, Tim, Lauretta and the team at Location Location made our move as smooth as possible - and a lovely touch to be welcomed into our new home with a bow on the door. Thank you!
We had enjoy our buying experience with Tim as our agent. He has helped us a lot from first viewing up till completion day. He’s a good communicator and is not pushy. We also like working with Lauretta, who’s been making sure everyone is up to date with everything in our buying process. 10/10 would recommend location location
First time landlord, and Jazz was so helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process including finding the right tenant! He and the team made everything simple and minimal effort was required on my end, while still feeling confident in the process. Thanks!!!!
Tim was an excellent agent, helped us greatly to buy our first home, we could not have done it without him
Location & Location teams, special kudos to Lauretta, Anna, Ella, Drew, Jazz and Adam, did an excellent job supporting us in the sale of our property and on the acquisition of our new house. I highly recommend them.
