I would highly recommend John Payne Lee estate agents, I found them to be very efficient and professional when selling my flat recently. I bought my property from the same team here 5 years ago and had a good experience then as a first time buyer, so chose to market my property with them again for selling it recently. Chris Wadeson, Will Hughes and the rest of the team were knowledgeable, organised and excellent at communicating with me via phone and email from start to finish of the house selling and buying process. They are very knowledgeable of the local area and provided me with an accurate valuation. They were able to achieve a sale price for me that was within their valuation range and within a short time frame. Alison McAdory was the sales progressor and I found her very helpful when dealing with the later stages of finalising the sale and liaising with agents for my subsequent property purchase. I would definitely recommend this branch if you are buying or selling property in the Lee Green area.
