Ellen has been very present throughout the purchase, she's been following up with me weekly while looking for a property and she's been able to find exactly what I wanted and once the property was found she has contacted me before the property even went on the market. No other agency has given me such a support during my search. She has then assisted me constantly throughout the process and has always been available to listen to my queries and to advice.
