Aboustley shocking wouldn't use.the staff and the manager where so unhelpful. Never kept me in the loop.had to get a solicitor involved

However, please be assured you were not ignored at any stage – we simply directed you to the correct channel for communication. The surveyor would have been from an external company, not our own, and I’m sorry if you thought we were not helpful.
