Picked up my keys yesterday and over the moon with how the whole process went. Every member of staff that dealt with me at Manning Stainton was kind, efficient, personable and fantastic at their jobs. Deborah (Debbie) was just the person I would want to pick up my keys from, if that makes any sense, she made it feel as special as it was, despite it being something she does so regularly.
