Both were excellent, keeping in regular communication and doing everything they could to make sure the process went well. This was despite a huge error made by a solicitor earlier in the chain, resulting in significant additional complication. Would be very happy to buy a property through Manning Stainton again as a result of this. Our experience of viewing properties marked by Manning Stainton was mixed (we saw quite a lot, since our house was on the market for a while). Some of their colleagues were great at the viewing, others seemed disinterested or knew nothing about the property. I'm sure this is hard when they have a lot of houses on the market, but at the time it made us feel we had made the right decision in using a different agent to sell ours.
