I have switched Estate agents to Manning Stainton and oh my what a difference, the sales staff have been on point every step of the way with arranging viewings and the photographs of the house finally serve it justice and has had so many more viewing in a month than we had in a year from the previous estate agent. The house is now sold thanks to Debbie Cundill-Houghton who deserves a wage rise for all the hard work and chasing she has done for our previous time wasters.
