The worse company Ive ever had to deal with. Very poor customer service, lack of response to either emails and phone calls, extremely unprofessional and extremely poor communication and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Constantly getting arrear emails when we are not in arrears. Keep sending emails for them to amend this, get no response back. Have also phoned to get this sorted, and it's still not been sorted four months down the line. They take their time in getting repairs sorted out. Avoid at all costs as the arrear emails are still coming and am sick to death of this not being sorted.
