Brilliant service from beginning to end and I'm sure it will continue into our tenancy. Kaci is brilliant, professional and answered all our questions. She reassured us and explained everything in detail throughout the entire process. Most importantly emails were replied to promptly. Not to mention she was just a phone call away. We're first time renters, so to have someone that clearly cares for your needs and understands how to work with people is a great aid to any company.
