We were searching under a tight deadline, and Teddy Tokatly made the difference. He lined up viewings fast, worked around an awkward schedule on our side, and paid attention to our preferences instead of just sending whatever was available. Every appointment was on time and well organised, and he was straightforward with us about each property. There were a few things to sort out on the check-in report, but the team dealt with it properly and got everything resolved. We ended up in a flat we're really happy with — highly recommend asking for Teddy.
