Bought a house through RALPH DENN. He is amazing. My partner and I were first time buyers and to be frank absolutely clueless. At no point did Ralph belittle us, always extremely kind and informative and helped us at every step of the way and kept giving neutral advice when we needed it. I know to an extent he as a vested interest in the process but it never felt like that and we went from bid being accepted to complete in a matter of 8 weeks. It’s fair to say I wasn’t the biggest fan of our solicitors but because of Ralph staying on top of them and constantly being the go between us and the vendor, it was his qualities that allowed my partner and I to start our housing journey so quickly.
