We rent our flat through JLL and are very pleased so far. George Reeves managed the set up of our contract and was great, he made the process very easy and was always available. And Robin Ayres is taking care of our day to day requests and has been very helpful and reactive to requests. It is refreshing to rent a flat through a competent agency with people who care and do their job well. Would highly recommend.

As a letting manager who genuinely cares about your happiness in your new home, George was incredibly patient during the viewing, giving us ample time to make our decision. Throughout our communications, he was consistently responsive and professional. I couldn't be happier with how smoothly everything went.
