"Recently exchanged and completed on a lovely brand new 2-bedroom apartment in Kensington & Chelsea, London. Been in touch with Thomas Middleditch at JLL over the last couple of years whilst searching the property market for an ideal property to buy. I have always found Thomas to be very personable, professional, helpful and friendly. I have found over the last couple of years Thomas to be very honest and trustworthy, which is what you ultimately want in an estate agent. Thomas is really knowledgeable and is always on hand to answer any questions you may have. He has a natural ability to simplify everything into Layman’s terms and make a somewhat complicated and stressful process clear from start to finish whilst most importantly putting you at ease. Thomas was highly efficient, he recommended a great lawyer and helped to pulled a lot of the strings required in assisting to get the property purchase from the developer over the line before the end of the stamp duty holiday window ending at the end of June 2021 - which by all accounts was a pretty tight deadline!
