We had the best professional experience when dealing with JLL, and their super agent George Reeves. George helped our family find a new apartment in central London at an extremely competive price. He amazed us with his professionalism, patience and politness. Few months after moving in we had an emergency, where we had to move out from the apartment. Even though we did not have a break point in our contract, George was their again, where he helped us find a new tenant. In a nutshell, we received an amazing service by JLL Kensington, with special thanks to George Reeves.

This is the second time I have worked with JLL, and both times have been excellent experiences! I dealt with George Reeves for my newest move and he was great! Very responsive, friendly, and always willing to help me with the details of the move! I found the property I wanted to tour on-line and called George and he met me 20 minutes later at the flat and within 2 hours I had made an offer and later that night it was accepted! Great experience!
