Houseman Properties are a super firm to deal with. We had a fairly complicated tenancy situation to sort out (finding accommodation for a newly-arrived refugee family that we are sponsoring) and Emma at Houseman was friendly, efficient and very helpful from start to finish. Eilis from JLL was exceptional. Super quick to respond, very professional, and straight to the point. She understood exactly what I was looking for, we scheduled a viewing, and when she saw that the flat she had was a good match for me, we went ahead. On the same day I saw the flat, I already made the offer. I felt confident throughout the whole process, she explained everything clearly and was always transparent.
