From moment one of viewing our new home Dovile was helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly made us feel welcome. During the entire process of filling out all the paperwork that comes with renting, Dovile and Isobel were patient, answered any and all questions to help us get everything in place and ultimately our move went off without a hitch. Highly recommend the both of them and by extension the whole office of JLL Greenwich.

When looking to buy in Greenwich, we viewed a number of properties with Michael and Sam, and they stood out for being so helpful, honest and intelligent. They listened to what we were looking for, and really got it. They are obviously knowledgeable about the area and the different developments and we learned a lot from them that helped in our search. When on the fence about viewing properties, we tended to go for it with JLL where we wouldn't with other agencies, because we knew it would be a good experience with either of them.

I would especially like to thank the property manager, Keely Wesley, who was very responsive, supportive, and attentive whenever assistance was needed. This is my third year living in my current home. JLL is a great help and very professional. Finding my current apartment was a breeze, from the viewing to signing the contract and moving in. Especially earlier this year, when there were some minor issues with the apartment that required communication with the landlord for repairs, JLL's professional service was exceptional. My Senior Property Manager, Keely Wesley, was particularly helpful, facilitating a lot between me and the landlord. I'm truly happy to have met the JLL team.
