This is my third year living in my current home. JLL is a great help and very professional. Finding my current apartment was a breeze, from the viewing to signing the contract and moving in. Especially earlier this year, when there were some minor issues with the apartment that required communication with the landlord for repairs, JLL's professional service was exceptional. Selling a property can be stressful at the best of times, and our sale turned out to be far from straightforward, but the team were supportive and communicative throughout. A particular thank you to Ashton, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, proactive and a great mediator between all parties involved. There were a number of challenges along the way, and Ashton did an excellent job of keeping both sides informed, managing expectations and chasing solicitors and other parties when progress stalled.
