Adnan was an amazing help throughout the flat buying process!! As a first time buyer I had very little understanding of the process of buying a flat- Adnan was so helpful and took the time to help me understand each step. The process was made more challenging due to the seller being international which introduced time differences and language barriers. Adnan continued to go over an above to efficiently resolve issues which inevitably arose. I really appreciated his continuous communication to keep me informed of progress! Not all estate agents would take the time in the last few weeks of the sale to text updates everyday. Overall it was a fantastic experience! I have been dealing with JLL for about 10 years now. They are simply excellent! While being on a long business trip to another country I needed to find an agent who would take away the headache of dealing with renting out, taking care of tenant’s issues, if any, running the property in between tenants, etc - all of that from far away.
