I can't thank Hanan enough she found us the perfect property and was so helpful and informative throughout and always replied promptly to my many emails!! Also a big thank you to Alessandra for organising all our documents on time and explaining everything to us in great detail! We are really excited to get the keys to our new home!!

As a newly arrived expatriate in London, settling in quickly and finding suitable accommodation requires a bit of luck. We were fortunate to come across Hanan and his team. From the first inquiry call, Hanan asked precise questions, and we began viewing properties. During the viewings, Hanan meticulously introduced the condition of the flat, demonstrating a warm and friendly attitude that made us feel very trustworthy. Following that, we proceeded with background checks and the signing process. Whenever we had questions, she responded promptly, making the signing process much smoother. Soon enough, we'll be moving into our new home. I highly recommend her brokerage services; you won't be disappointed.

JLL is a big company, so you may definitely face some side effects, such as bureaucracy, miscommunication, and forgotten actions. The overall process would have been challenging without Hanan guiding us through it — many thanks to her quick responses, kind attitude, and willingness to help even after her work was done formally. There are still some issues that are frustrating us, such as the debt for heating of previous tenants and missing inspection reports. I hope they will be solved soon. Otherwise, I will have to reconsider this review. The 5-star review goes mostly to Hanan.

Flat hunting can be rather daunting; however, both Hanan and Alessandra made the process incredibly smooth - they are highly responsive and empathetic. Wouldn't doubt to have them by my side in future renting experiences!
