Super happy with JLL and especially the agent who assisted me, Hanan. I'd been searching for a new place on and off for four months and once I got in touch with Hanan, she helped me identify properties that truly met my needs and helped me make the right offer. Recently found our gorgeous rented flat through JLL. Our letting agent Beatrice was super helpful at showing and securing the flat we wanted and went the extra mile sending videos and information through virtually due to Covid restrictions. Lily was fantastic at sorting the paperwork and ensured the contract process was efficient and fast. They are quick to respond to any queries and solve any issues. Adam Tindides - what a star! He went above and beyond the call of duty, both to help us sell our flat, and purchase a new one. Nothing was too much bother, and his knowledge & experience was second to none (way better than our solicitors - who were awful). We cannot thank him enough.
