I can’t thank JLL Woodberry Down enough. My lettings negotiator, Hanan, was the kindest and most helpful person as soon as she picked up the phone to me. Not only that, but she negotiated my dream flat for me at a time when it was really important for me to find my own space and feel safe and comfortable. I appreciate her professionalism but also her empathy. As far as the process between having my offer accepted and moving in. Hanan and the wider team, Stephanie and Tiffany, have been incredibly responsive and fast to answer any questions and offer me the information I need. Thank you!
