Very good user experience. Hannah is serious and responsible. From the first communication to finally getting the key, everything was smooth. However, it was difficult to communicate with the property manager Antonella after moving in. Many problems could not be solved in time, just like purchasing goods without after-sales guarantee.
I'm gonna give them 3 stars because of the check out process. Yes it's true the cleaning company did not clean some parts, but they went back and re-did the whole thing. There was then drama with a missing key, which was not missing in the end. And then loads of back and forth about tiny issues that weren't issues. And they reduced 50 pounds of my deposit. I knew the new tenants were super happy about the property and even said the conditions were impeccable. After 2 years taking care of that property as it was my own, I'm shocked I had anything reduced from my deposit. It was stressful. In 8 years in London this was the first time something like this happened. What a bumpy check out. Making a fuss for ridiculous things like a missing USB cable...

Overall, we had a pretty mediocre experience with JLL. They seemed generally communicative and helpful in advance of our move, but failed to deliver on a number of commitments agreed in advance regarding cleaning / item disposal / maintenance in the flat. This led to a complicated few weeks trying to get issues resolved which should have been sorted prior to our move. Also, they have refused to reimburse us in any way for the disruption and cost of this. We have ended up footing utility bills for the period between tenants, which they should have handled with the landlord / providers. Predictably, their energies are focused solely on letting the flat, and not on providing any kind of ongoing support to the tenant.
