Great experience renting through JLL. Made what is usually a stressful and complicated process very easy and even enjoyable. Neil and Kate in particular were exceptionally helpful, always responsive to emails and answered all of our of questions quickly and clearly. As new renters in London and having had bad experiences in the past with other agencies we couldn't recommend the JLL team enough and we would certainly rent with them again in the future.

I bought a flat thro JLL and rented thro them on 2 occasions . One of the best estate agents I have dealt with . Very efficient , very responsive and great communicators. Very realistic and fair valuations . Extremely helpful, can't really fault them . Would strongly recommend them !
