HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN AND HIS TEAM. We recently purchased a new property and asked Houseman properties to find us a tenant. The service we received from day one was excellent. They gave us sound advice on rental expectations and had the property on the market very fast. Their communication was great, and we were kept well informed of the level of interest and viewings. When a tenant was found the paperwork was extremely professionally managed and they rightly ensured that all compliance certificates were available. We would happily recommend Houseman Properties to any landlord looking to work with a highly experienced company who deliver great service to them and their tenants.
