The agent who assisted me (Rosie Lynam) was very helpful and very responsive. I am not going to lie, at first looking at the reviews from google with words such as 'scam', 'poor quality', etc made me worried. However, I think the agent that helped me throughout the process proved this wrong. In fact, the process was smooth, and flawless, and the agent was very professional at all times despite having covid season. Firstly, I think I was lucky my agent was professional. Due to the covid, she understood that keeping distance on the viewing and compiling documentation process will be hard. However, she managed to make it as easy as possible throughout the process. She thought about what was easiest for me for full time employee in UK, and always kept in touch at least two times a week. Secondly, my agent went through many changes, and may updates on the new apartment. I requested something, and she gives me a solution to choose. I was able to get back with answer in less than 24h, and overall was very efficient. (eg. Inquiry: I want to have the big table removed as it is damaged. Can you do anything ? Answer: I spoke with the owner, and we can try to get alternative table ). The fact that she reached out to the owner to discuss the clients request made it easier. I guess it really depends on the agent, but overall it was not a fraud or scam. The apartment was cleaned and all my request has been passed to the owner. I am very glad I got help from JLL. In summary, 100% recommended to get help to find new home. The company is a listed company in exchange, so I think there should not be issue overall. Just make sure email address is legitimate from JLL I think it should be okay. Customer support was top class, and if still worried, would recommend reaching out to the chat from their website. The process is made easy for clients, even through Covid. I would definitely request from JLL again. Above will be my feedback based on experienced using JLL in 2021 March.
