Although initially pretty straightforward renting experience, the first mishap was needing to come in and visit JLL in person to show my passport TWICE because they messed up taking a copy the first time. (Of course this is during working hours only.) More seriously, when the window in our flat spontaneously exploded, JLL has been very slow in coordinating with insurance to get it repaired. We have had to wait for more than 3 months and the window is still broken, with no signs of any progress! Whenever we try to contact them, the relevant person is invariably on leave. 1 star.
