Recently let a property using JLL and have had a fantastic experience. Jen has been wonderful - from negotiating the agreement with the landlord on our behalf, to helping us with the tenancy process prior to our move-in date (including providing all the information we needed, accommodating a Skype passport check, and being on hand to take us on second and even third viewings). Now that we have moved in, Pui, our property manager, has been incredibly helpful and nothing has been too much trouble. The whole team are so lovely and it has been a pleasure dealing with them!
