Excellent service for overseas owner

We recently acquired a flat in London and the level of service by all personnel at the branch were highly satisfactory specially being an overseas owner. They were able to respond and help with all queries efficiently. A very satisfying experience.

Had Reem as our estate agent for the purchase of a flat in London. It was easy to establish a good rapport with her and she regularly kept in touch, communicating frequently and keeping an eye on the process through to completion. She was attentive and responsive throughout. Thank you Reem!

George Reeves handled my move in and was very helpful and responsive during the whole process, he was always there to answer my questions and provide helpful information. A few mix ups (including the time of move on the moving day) but nothing major, just a bit stressful on the day of the move! Other than that, everything was run very smoothly and I've had a really positive experience with JLL and George - a package that was delivered to my new flat has been stolen though and that hasn't been resolved yet, so I will continue to find out what has happened.
