A few days later I spotted a listing and Marcus quickly arranged a viewing. He was very well informed about the property (and quickly solved a little problem in getting inside the building) and the details of the flat. He guided me expertly through the process of making an offer and completing the paperwork. (As a newcomer to Britain some procedures were not familiar to me but he clarified everything.) All my questions were fully answered by the office staff and all messages were quickly returned.
