Marcus, Lesley, and Jessica did a fantastic job. I came by in person to introduce myself and they immediately spent time with me to listen to my needs. A few days later I spotted a listing and Marcus quickly arranged a viewing. He was very well informed about the property (and quickly solved a little problem in getting inside the building) and the details of the flat. He guided me expertly through the process of making an offer and completing the paperwork. (As a newcomer to Britain some procedures were not familiar to me but he clarified everything.) All my questions were fully answered by the office staff and all messages were quickly returned. All in all, the team made what could be a stressful and frustrating experience into an enjoyable and rewarding one. Five stars for Marcus!
